Roles Responsibilities

• Design and implement statistical studies, surveys, and experiments
• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets
• Apply statistical methods (regression, hypothesis testing, forecasting, etc.)
• Build and evaluate statistical models to support decision-making
• Interpret and summarize results for stakeholders
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
• Ensure compliance with data governance and ethical standards
• Document methodologies and maintain reproducible analyses
• Stay current with statistical techniques and industry best practices

Requirements Skills

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Statistician or in a quantitative analysis role
• Strong knowledge of statistical theory and methods
• Proficiency in statistical software and programming (R, Python, SAS, SPSS, SQL)
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, etc.)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
