State Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team to provide expert support and technical assistance across the preparation of advice, implementation of advice and ongoing assistance with managing clients Deliver consistent, compliant and standardised operational processes across the State, adopting and enforcing the national frameworks and service standards set by the National Head of Operational Transformation. Partner with the National Head of Operational Transformation and Head of Shadforth to deliver the State's annual budgets, pledges and targets Track and report State adoption metrics, operational performance and benefits realisation, contributing to the national measures owned by the National Head of Operational Transformation. Recruit, train and mentor talent, managing the training and development program to build a high-performing team. Identify and implement improvements to processes Lead and proactively get involved in projects Manage the training and development program of team What you will bring: Solid leadership experience in financial planning or advice operations, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. Strong technical knowledge in financial planning Proven experience driving change adoption and embedding new systems, processes and operating models into business-as-usual.
