We design and run accelerators, incubators, hackathons, and bootcamps — programs built around the real problems early-stage companies face.
We're now scaling up our delivery in Abu Dhabi, where we'll be running a slate of programs for our customers, and we're hiring a Program Manager to lead it.
The Role
We're hiring Program Managers to lead end-to-end delivery of these programs.
You'll be the operator who makes everything run — coordinating the team, managing stakeholders, and keeping the work moving at a consistently high standard.
You'll be supported by experienced startup program leads (founders themselves) and a roster of 20+ experts across product, fundraising, GTM, and engineering.
You won't be running workshops or mentoring startups yourself — that's what the team is for.
Your job is to make the team and the programs work.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end delivery of startup programs
- Manage the customer relationship — keeping stakeholders informed, aligned, and confident in the work
- Manage communications and coordinate activities with the participants
- Coordinate the expert pool: matching mentors and advisors to the right startups and sessions
- Drive business development — supporting Next Level in winning new contracts and growing the portfolio
- Track program performance and report on outcomes
Requirements
- 5+ years in project management, program management, or COO-style role
- Genuinely fluent with AI tools — you use Claude, Claude Code, or similar tools to do work that would normally need a small team
- Strong operator who can manage multiple workstreams without losing detail
- Excellent people skills — comfortable managing up, sideways, and across a network of senior advisors and stakeholders
- Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
- Nice to Have
- Startup experience (founder or early team member)
- Experience inside a VC, accelerator, or incubator
- Background running structured programs (bootcamps, accelerators, hackathons)
- Arabic language skills
