Responsibilities

  • Map and maintain stakeholder registers, including contacts, terms of reference, MoUs, and agreements.
  • Act as the primary contact for external parties and manage their needs, issues, and expectations.
  • Establish and monitor interface protocols between stakeholders and third parties.
  • Engage affected third parties, maintain relationships, address concerns, and report to RCRC.
  • Develop an Interface Management Plan for identifying, developing, and agreeing third-party interfaces.
  • Manage interfaces; secure approvals and permits; track, escalate, and expedite authority issues; resolve issues and mitigate risks.
  • Handle client and key-stakeholder communications on authority matters.
  • Maintain standardized documents and report issues, risks, resolutions, and performance to management and stakeholders.
  • Issue monthly stakeholder reports and support Procurement and Contracts.
  • Coordinate interface planning, delivery, issue resolution, interventions, and timely information sharing.
  • Comply with applicable quality, environmental, safety, and occupational-health policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, or a degree from an accredited university.
  • At least 10 years of experience in strategic planning or project management.
  • Experience in major real-estate development and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of water and wastewater master plans.
  • Strong communication skills and a presentable professional manner.
  • Experience developing agreements and MoUs with strategic partners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
