Job Description
The Stakeholder Coordinator is responsible for managing relationships and coordination with all project stakeholders, including government authorities, consultants, contractors, and utility providers, to ensure smooth approvals, compliance, and timely project execution.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with government entities such as ADM, DMT, ADDC, Etisalat/du, Civil Defense, and other relevant authorities for obtaining approvals and NOCs.
- Coordinate with internal project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure stakeholder requirements are incorporated and addressed.
- Track and manage all stakeholder approvals, permits, and submissions to ensure timely project progress.
- Attend meetings with stakeholders and represent the company professionally.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on all authority-related documentation and approvals.
- Identify potential risks related to stakeholder requirements and proactively resolve issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all stakeholder communications and approvals.
- Ensure project compliance with Abu Dhabi regulations, standards, and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in stakeholder coordination within UAE, preferably Abu Dhabi.
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi authority procedures and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project coordination tools.
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
- Existing network with Abu Dhabi authorities will be an advantage.
