We are seeking a passionate and qualified Middle School English Teacher to teach students in Grades 6–8 within a CBSE curriculum framework.
The successful candidate will foster a positive learning environment, develop students' language proficiency, critical thinking, communication skills, and appreciation for literature while supporting their academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum standards.
- Teach language skills including reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, and vocabulary.
- Develop students' analytical and critical thinking abilities through literature and language activities.
- Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Integrate educational technology and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
- Encourage active participation, creativity, and independent learning.
- Establish and maintain a safe, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Promote positive student behavior in accordance with school policies.
- Foster respect, collaboration, and effective communication among students
- Design and administer formative and summative assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and academic progress.
- Identify students requiring additional support and implement intervention strategies.
- Prepare examination papers, assignments, and project-based assessments as required
Qualifications
and Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in English, English Literature, or a related field.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Master's Degree in English or Education is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in English at the middle school level.
- Experience teaching the CBSE curriculum is preferred.
- Experience in UAE schools is an advantage.

- Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning platforms.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
