Role overview

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and user stories to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and platforms.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams to deliver efficient, high-performing solutions.
• Contribute to DevOps initiatives and improve application stability, reliability, and performance.
• Lead and mentor junior developers and promote SDLC best practices and coding standards.
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams and follow modern DevOps practices.
• Explore technologies and tools that can improve development practices.
• Own deliverables and work proactively with minimal supervision.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on full-stack web application development experience.
• Experience with React or Angular, jQuery, CSS, ASP.NET Core MVC, C#, and Entity Framework or Dapper.
• Strong expertise in relational databases, including MS SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.

Technical skills

• Proficiency with Git, Bitbucket, or GitLab.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins or GitLab Runners, and change management platforms such as JIRA.
• Exposure to Agentic AI concepts, including AI-driven automation, intelligent agents, orchestration, and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and modern software development practices.
• Prior IT operations support experience is an added advantage.
