Design and develop Salesforce customizations, configurations, integrations, and AI-powered solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, and engineers.
Provide technical services spanning design, configuration, development, testing, and automation.
Responsibilities
- Design secure, scalable Salesforce solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, and configuration tools.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and solution designs; build Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
- Develop AWS Lambda and other cloud-native solutions, plus Python-based AI automation and conversational workflows, copilots, or agents.
- Build Salesforce features across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Console, and Experience Cloud; estimate effort and assess feasibility.
- Own delivery from discovery through deployment, document solutions, create and execute tests, support production releases, and investigate root causes.
- Collaborate across teams, mentor engineers, and lead project delivery to meet timelines and established coding and implementation practices.
Experience and qualifications
- At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development using Apex, process automation tools, and Lightning Web Components.
- At least 7 years of software development using Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Communities, including coding and declarative frameworks.
- Strong Python experience for automation, integrations, and AI/ML workflows.
- Cloud-native AWS experience, including services such as Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, or Step Functions, or serverless architectures.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI/LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Amazon Bedrock.
