Role Overview

Engineering Leadership

• Drive technical strategy and vision for major initiatives and influence technical decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate delivery of high-impact projects.
• Architect scalable, reliable, and high-performance software systems.
• Prioritize technical debt and improve team policies, procedures, and engineering techniques.
• Ensure service health, analyze incidents, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee CI/CD delivery from product requirements through production operations.
• Own quality-platform capabilities, including test frameworks, runners, pipelines, and reporting.
• Build automated tests, review code, maintain documentation, and mentor junior engineers.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on expertise with GitHub Actions or comparable CI systems, self-hosted runners, containerization, and infrastructure as code.
• Use cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or GCP and version control systems such as GitHub.
• Build telemetry or observability into software development.
• Automate testing with tools such as JUnit and Selenium using the test automation pyramid.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in one or more languages including C, C++, C#, .NET, Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience with software architecture, design patterns, and scalable, reliable DevOps systems.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, complex software projects.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Familiarity with developing accessible technologies.
• Understanding of business challenges, regulatory factors, and practices that improve products or services.
