• The team works in client environments, so adaptability matters. The focus is solving the problem not pushing a specific stack.

• Exceptional hands-on engineering ability and pride in clean, production-ready code
• Full-stack mindset and ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Comfort working in ambiguity and solving unfamiliar problems
• Ownership, initiative, and strong problem-solving instincts
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and translate needs into solutions
• The environment is tech agnostic, so strong engineers comfortable working across different stacks are ideal, with experience in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or React particularly valuable.
