What We Look For

  • 8+ years of experience in professional software development with a focus on object-oriented programming (OOP) and distributed microservices.
  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Wide-ranging experience with cloud technologies and tech stacks, with the ability to resolve complex issues creatively and effectively.
  • Proficiency in Java and Go programming languages.
  • Experience developing microservices using the Spring-Boot framework or Go language frameworks.
  • Expertise in query optimization, partitioning, and performance tuning in SQL and big data query engines.
  • Prior working experience with messaging brokers like Kafka or GCP Pub/Sub to build event-driven microservices architectures.
  • Experience with REST API and gRPC design.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems for massive horizontal scaling.
  • Working experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, and GCP.
  • Solid understanding of database technologies, including Redis, SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions.
