Experience
- Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience. If incumbent has less than 1 year of RN experience, must commit to work full time in a Nurse Residency Program. Required and
- Previous pediatric nursing experience Preferred and
- Previous experience with EPIC Preferred
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent skills in communication, listening, customer service, organization.
- Excellent clinical skills providing direct and indirect nursing care in an office setting.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
- Ability to type, navigate an electronic system, and adapt to changes in workflows as they occur.
- Licenses and Certifications
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure in the state of Nebraska Upon Hire Required or
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure in the state of Iowa (if the incumbent works in Iowa) Upon Hire Required and
- BLS - Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association Upon Hire Required
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred based on clinic location Required and
- Travel to other Children’s Physician clinics, may be Required
