Staff Program Manager, Operational Quality

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, performance monitoring, quality management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and data integrity, with experience maintaining scorecards or performance dashboards.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and escalate operational risks in a timely, well-organized manner.
- Effective communication skills across cross-functional and multi-level stakeholder groups.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with evolving priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in transportation, logistics, or autonomous vehicle operations.
- Certifications such as PMP, CSP, Six Sigma, CFSE/P, or other relevant safety or project management certifications.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards
- Experience developing, implementing and improving Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance processes related to safety standards.
- Experience with Jira, Jama, Confluence, Google Suite.
- For roles based in Coppell, TX: The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $166,500 per year. Aurora’s pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. The successful candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.
