Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Staff Product Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, reporting directly to the hiring manager. The Staff Product Manager owns the end-to-end product lifecycle for our enterprise AI agent solutions — from a customer's real-world problem to a shipped, adopted product with measurable business impact. You will define product vision, boundaries, and roadmap; design agentic workflows as business systems (orchestration, tool use, human-in-the-loop controls, permissions, audit trails, and reliability); and drive execution alongside engineers and designers to deliver customer-focused solutions for top-tier B2B customers across the US, the Middle East, and Europe. This is a senior individual-contributor role. Relocation to Dubai is required; the company provides your work visa and supports your move.
Qualifications
- Proven product management expertise: setting product vision and boundaries, roadmap planning, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
- Experience building enterprise-grade B2B systems where workflow complexity, customer delivery, governance, and reliability genuinely matter (a sufficiently complex consumer product can also qualify).
- Strong understanding of AI agent workflows as business systems — orchestration, tool use, human-in-the-loop controls, permissions, audit trails, evals, and operational reliability — rather than prompt-level work.
- Ability to own the full loop: customer problem → product boundary → PRD → engineering execution → launch → adoption → measurable business outcome.
- Highly fluent English, with the communication and presence to lead enterprise customer meetings and hold up under technical scrutiny.
- A heavy, fluent user of AI agents, comfortable operating with high leverage in a fast-moving, AI-native environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Prior experience managing AI or technology products, or working with global cross-functional teams, is an advantage.
