***STAFF NURSE***
COMMUNITY RESIDENTIAL SERVICES, LIMERICK
PERMANENT FULL-TIME CONTRACT (37.5 Hours Per Week) &
PERMANENT PART -TIME CONTRACT (18.75 Hours Per Week).
Salary: €
56,592* (lsi)
- Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work.

Essential
- NMBI Registration.
- Be committed to pro-actively supporting individuals in all aspects of their daily lives and choices
- through a person-centred approach.
- Have proven organisational, leadership, communication, interpersonal and teambuilding skills.
- Ability to network with external agencies, PHN’s, GP’s, acute hospitals etc.
- Experience of working in an interdisciplinary /multidisciplinary team.
- Have ability to manage a caseload and to work on own initiative.
- Have a full clean manual Irish driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Proficiency in the English language.
Desirable
- Experience working in community setting providing supports to people with intellectual disabilities.
- Have a good knowledge of HIQA Standards and the PCP framework.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
- Have experience of working with Behaviours of Concern and complex care needs and supporting mentoring staff teams in the delivery of high-quality care to the Supported Individuals.
- Level 1 behavioural competencies of Avista competency framework as set out in the job description.
