About Analog Devices
Analog Devices develops analog, digital, AI, and software technologies for applications including automation, robotics, mobility, healthcare, energy, and data centers.
Position Requirements
- Minimum BTech or BE degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Science.
- At least 8 years of solid hands-on digital logic design and/or technical leadership experience.
- Ability to lead architecture and design activities for key digital blocks in SoC designs.
- Experience with cross-functional product development teams and silicon ASIC tapeouts, not FPGA.
- Hands-on experience optimizing microarchitecture through power, performance, and area tradeoffs.
- Experience with lint, CDC, formal equivalence, ECO flows, and scripting.
- Strong knowledge of processor and SoC architecture.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for discussions with geographically distributed teams.
- Experience technically mentoring junior engineers.
- Post-silicon issue debug experience is a plus.
- DSP fundamentals knowledge is an added advantage.
Travel and Shift
- Travel is required up to 10% of the time.
- The role follows a first-shift daytime schedule.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of key digital blocks for SoC designs.
- Develop optimal microarchitecture by analyzing power, performance, and area tradeoffs.
- Drive technical discussions effectively with geographically distributed teams.
- Technically mentor junior engineers.
