Staff Engineer - Customer Interfaces

Product-Minded Architect: You think in terms of user outcomes. You have a track record of partnering with product teams to turn ambiguous goals into robust technical reality.

Applied AI Experience: You have experience (or a deep technical interest) in building production-grade interfaces powered by LLMs, including harnesses, policy enforcement, evals, RAG architectures and secure data handling.

Full-Stack Powerhouse: Deeply proficient in Java for secure backend services and TypeScript/React/Vue for complex front-end applications.

Security First: You have a "security-by-design" mindset, particularly regarding the handling of sensitive financial data in modern web environments.

Entrepreneurial & Autonomous: You will be a core member of our growing San Francisco team, where you will be expected to operate with speed and autonomy. Success in this role requires you to effectively navigate and collaborate with a large, global organization.
