Staff DevOps Engineer

As a

, you will operate at the intersection of DevOps, platform engineering, and SRE, owning the architecture, reliability strategy, and scalability of our infrastructure across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

This is a high-impact role where you will define how infrastructure is built, operated, and scaled across the company not just implement it.

Lean has tripled in size over the past twelve months and weʼre on track to triple again next year.

What started as the regionʼs pioneering Open Finance platform is evolving into a multi-product infrastructure company powering payments, data, and lending across MENA.

We are expanding into new markets, launching new products, and operating at increasing scale and complexity.

Weʼve processed billions of dollars in transactions, serve 350+ clients (including Tabby, Tasʼheel, and Hungerstation), and are backed by General Catalyst, Sequoia, and Shorooq.

This role is critical in ensuring our infrastructure can scale securely, reliably, and efficiently to support that growth.
