Staff Cost Accountant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or cost accounting environment.
• Working knowledge of standard costing, inventory accounting, and month-end close processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Oracle ERP experience required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple deadlines.
• Compensation
• The salary for this role will range from 62,400.00 - 93,300.00 USD annual based on full-time employment. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to location, relevant skills, training, experience, education, etc.
• Certain roles may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives. Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
