Staff Attorney II – Sr Counsel (multi-level)

Essential Functions
Provides legal counsel to the corporation and its subsidiaries.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Participates in litigation.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA Accredited law school and admission to the bar or equivalent in jurisdiction outside the U.S.
Minimum Experience
Four (4) years of experience and demonstrated competency in relevant area of law specialization.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Superior academic record. Excellent research and writing skills. Strong negotiation, human relations, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial Transactional experience handling complex commercial transactions domestically and globally. Client communication and good problem solving skills. Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence is considered a plus.

Pay
Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN, Pittsburgh, PA, and Plano, TX, and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius. Employees will be required to work at a FedEx office location up to several times per week.
