Staff Analyst, GTM

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, strategy & operations, revenue operations, business intelligence, or a similar role supporting go-to-market teams.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, with strong judgment around how to use each for analysis, automation, and scalable reporting.
• Strong experience building dashboards, analytical models, and KPI frameworks that influence business decisions.
• Demonstrated success supporting Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or comparable GTM functions in a SaaS or other fast-moving technology environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data trends to customer, commercial, and operational outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex analysis and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work with speed and reliability.
• Desirable
• Experience applying AI or machine learning to business problems such as segmentation, prioritization, forecasting support, or workflow automation.
• Familiarity with modern BI and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Experience working in a high-growth, multi-motion SaaS business where GTM teams need both strategic insight and operational rigor.
• Comfort partnering with senior leaders on ambiguous questions that require both analytical depth and strong business judgment.
