Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and post journal entries across multiple entities
  • Complete month-end and year-end close tasks accurately and on schedule
  • Reconcile bank accounts for each entity
  • Prepare and maintain accruals and prepaids
  • Review A/P and A/R and reconcile them to the general ledger
  • Maintain fixed asset records by entity
  • Help improve and standardize accounting processes as new locations join the network
  • Support other finance and accounting projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
  • 0-2 years of accounting experience; internships count
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to clean, accurate work
  • Curious, coachable, and comfortable in a fast-moving, growing environment
  • A desire to grow with purpose and build a career in finance
  • Comfortable in Excel and eager to learn new accounting systems
  • Experience with NetSuite and or Ramp is helpful, but not required
