We’re looking for a Sr.

Videographer to join our marketing team and help us elevate our brand perception and bring properties to life through engaging, high-quality videos.

In real estate, visuals are everything – a video can spark curiosity, create emotional connections, and inspire decisions.

Your work will go beyond standard property walk-throughs, focusing on capturing the lifestyle, personality, and unique selling points of each property and aspect of our brand.

You’ll also leverage cutting-edge tools – including AI video generation – to produce content faster and push creative boundaries.

***Responsibilities***

· ***Property Shoots:*** Film residential and luxury properties, highlighting key features that resonate with buyers – from stunning architecture to cozy interiors.

· ***Lifestyle Content:*** Capture the neighborhood vibe, community amenities, and lifestyle elements that make each property unique.

· ***Editing & Post-Production:*** Produce polished videos with smooth transitions, engaging pacing, and clear messaging.

Adapt content for different platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

· ***Short-Form Content:*** Create snappy, attention-grabbing videos for social media to increase engagement and reach.

· ***AI-Generated Video Content:*** Use AI video generation tools (such as Runway, Sora, Pika, Higgsfield, or similar) to create concept visuals, b-roll, virtual staging, and creative effects that enhance property and brand storytelling.

· ***Client & Agent Features:*** Occasionally work with clients and agents to produce interview-style videos, testimonials, and brand-related content.

· ***Attention to Detail:*** Making sure every shot, edit, and final video aligns with our brand standards and conveys professionalism.

· ***Creative Eye:*** Someone who knows how to make a property stand out visually and can turn a regular video into a compelling story.

· ***Technical Skills:*** Proficiency in shooting, editing, and using video equipment (including drones) to capture different angles and perspectives.

· ***AI Tool Fluency:*** Comfort experimenting with and integrating AI video generation and editing tools into the production workflow.

· ***VFX Knowledge (Must-Have):*** Solid working knowledge of visual effects (VFX) – including compositing, green screen/keying, motion tracking, and integrating effects to elevate property and brand videos.

· ***Social media Knowledge:*** An understanding of what type of video content works best on each platform, especially short-form content for Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.

· ***Time Management:*** Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adjust quickly to changing priorities.

***Qualifications***

· A portfolio showcasing your previous video work.

· Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing software).

· Experience with FSX / FCPX (Final Cut Pro X) and other modern editing suites.

· Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools (e.g., Runway, Sora, Pika, Higgsfield) is a strong plus.

· Must have knowledge of VFX (visual effects) and compositing tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Nuke, or DaVinci Resolve Fusion).

· Motion graphics software skill is a plus.

· Experience with drone videography is a plus.

· Basic understanding of lighting and sound to enhance video quality.

· Strong storytelling skills to make videos more than just visuals – they should tell a story.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in Real Estate.
