The Job Description
- Define and govern UX vision, standards, and quality across products. Lead end-to-end UX execution and ensure design consistency.
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Work collaboratively with other designers, product design and development teams, business analysts, engineers, and project managers.
- Applying strategic thinking to deliver end-to-end user experience solutions with a focus and ability to articulate design rationale in the context of business and user needs and business goals.
- Create and maintain digital assets, such as interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mock-ups using Adobe XD, Sketch, figma(Must*).
- Understand the limitations of our tech stack and business model and provide technical advice wherever necessary.
- Convert user journeys into high fidelity designs and create functional prototypes.
- Identify design problems and friction points, and devise solutions while taking into consideration technical recommendations for front-end and back-end developments.
- Collaborate closely with our product owners and software engineers to design our products and service by wireframing, prototyping and design blueprints.
- UX vision & experience principles document .
- Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research including usability testing, behavioral analysis, and benchmarking.
- Empathize with the user and advocate for their experience through creating journey maps that balance their needs with business requirements.
- Qualitative research and quantitative research, benchmarking activities, usability testing activities.
- Participate in ideation and conceptual development of new products and features, within an interdisciplinary team that includes creative and market leads, product managers, and developers.
- Collaborate with the user research and testing teams to develop tests to measure the success of new developments with quantifiable metrics, and understand user behaviour.
Requirements
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Figma, locofy),
- End-to-end UX design: user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity UI.
- Strong visual communication skills, attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
- Ability to articulate content into business language and presentation visuals.
- Translate content into visual graphic and embed with business presentation.
- Work collaboratively all leaders in both technology and business and product team
- Ability to apply strategic thinking to deliver end-to-end user experience solutions with a focus and ability to articulate design rationale in the context of business and user needs and business goals.
- Ability to articulation of design decisions clearly.
- Strong presentation & storytelling skills.
- Effective written communication (emails, decks, reports) .
- Ability to translate business problems into UX solutions.
- Ability to balance user needs with business & tech constraints.
- Systems thinking and scalability mindset .
- Keeping up with UX trends, tools & best practices .
- Self-reflection and skill improvement .
- Ability to mentoring , knowledge sharing.
