Role overview

Responsibilities

• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create holistic design solutions that account for product ecosystems and interdependencies.
• Develop visuals and prototypes, iterating based on feedback, user needs, and project goals.
• Create independent design deliverables and maintain product-wide consistency and aesthetic quality.
• Document design specifications, workflows, user flows, and patterns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to advocate for user-centered design.
• Implement user-focused strategies and validate their effectiveness through testing.
• Apply business and market context; deliver within project constraints without compromising quality.
• Support team development, contribute to the design community, and coordinate project resources.

Education and experience

• Bachelor's or master's degree in UX design, interaction design, visual design, computer science engineering, or equivalent.
• For bachelor's degree holders, 6–8 years of experience in UX design, information architecture, user research, product design, usability testing, or equivalent.
• The description states that no prior experience is required with a master's degree.

Preferred skills

• Preferred skills include continuous improvement, technical documentation, usability testing, UI/UX design, UX research, and stakeholder management.
• Other preferred areas include accessibility standards, graphic design software, interaction design, wireframing and prototyping tools, quality specifications, business acumen, and industrial design.

Work arrangement
