Sr User Experience Designer

Role overview

What you'll do

• Frame user problems accurately and generate multiple solution ideas.
• Create and test solutions to validate value and usability.
• Document and communicate user experience decisions for peers.
• Build strong relationships with product teams and contribute to an open, creative, and productive atmosphere.
• Help define, grow, and maintain the design system and UX practices.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and experiment with emerging capabilities.

What you'll bring

• At least 5 years of UX design experience, including user research, prototyping, and visual communication tools.
• Experience designing solutions for end-to-end scenarios.
• Experience with user-centered design techniques.
• Ability to use appropriate tools to communicate and persuade others about the design process.
• Willingness to communicate, collaborate, and remain open to feedback.
