Qualifications

• Eight (8) or more years of progressive manufacturing test engineering experience, including significant responsibility for system-level or large-form assembly testing, with at least five (5) years leading engineers, technicians, projects, or technical organizations.
• Demonstrated success developing engineering teams, managing budgets and capital plans, setting technical strategy, leading NPI execution, and improving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and test performance.
• Strong experience with high-voltage systems, safety-critical testing, pressure systems, test equipment validation, automation or scripting, and cross-functional customer leadership is required.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, C, SQL, and JavaScript, with the ability to guide software architecture, code reviews, test automation, data integration, and troubleshooting, is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all required job-related certifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
