REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Required (quantifiable from resume/application):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of eight (8) years of technical program management experience, including a minimum of three (3) years in healthcare payment integrity, claims processing, or related systems
- Minimum of eight (8) years experience leading Agile teams with strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Deep familiarity with claims lifecycle, payment integrity tools, FWA detection, and healthcare reimbursement models
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex technology solutions at scale
- Experience with data-driven platforms, including those built on modern data architectures (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake, or cloud-native)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, AWS DevOps, or similar platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
