Role overview

Project delivery

• Meet clients with the Project Director and contribute to project briefs.
• Deliver design tasks and team deliverables in line with company policy and best practices.
• Manage projects from concept development through developed design, technical design, and construction documentation.
• Manage Revit workflows, models, and content creation; conduct model audits and clash-detection simulations.
• Revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, technical details, and drawings from sketches and specifications.
• Prepare tender or construction documentation, including drawings, specifications, 3D models, and CAD files.
• Prepare advanced technical drawing sets for technical and construction documentation packages.
• Check compliance with safety standards, government regulations, local building codes, and industry standards.
• Assist with tender documentation and specifications.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
• At least 15 years of work experience, including at least 5 years in the UAE.
• Experience on medium- and large-scale projects in international architectural practices.
• Working knowledge of British or American design standards and local regulations.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit, architectural AI tools, AutoCAD, CSI, and NBS Specifications.
• Experience dealing with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Dubai Development Authority, and Dubai Civil Defence.
