Sr. Systems Test Analyst - Lead

Role overview

Testing and implementation responsibilities

• Lead test planning, readiness, functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and UAT activities.
• Develop detailed test cases, scenarios, and step-by-step scripts; coordinate schedules, assignments, dependencies, execution, and completion.
• Facilitate test sessions and guide testers on scenarios, expected results, evidence, and issue documentation.
• Gather requirements and review Rightsline Alliant configurations for completeness, testability, traceability, and coverage.
• Validate ERP integrations, APIs, interfaces, data mappings, workflow dependencies, and expected system behavior.
• Lead defect triage through documentation, prioritization, assignment, retesting, and closure.
• Maintain plans, traceability matrices, status, defect logs, evidence, risks, and readiness reports.
• Coordinate royalty and financial validation with Royalties and Accounting teams; communicate testing status and support release readiness and operational transition.

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years in QA, systems testing, business systems analysis, implementation testing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years coordinating or leading functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and UAT testing.
• Experience creating test cases, scripts, execution steps, traceability documents, and testing reports.
• Experience with defect triage, issue tracking, retesting, and resolution coordination.
• Experience with enterprise implementations, ERP integrations, APIs, interfaces, data mapping, and data validation.
• Experience in Agile or Hybrid SDLC environments.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and testing/project tools such as Jira, Azure, or similar platforms.
• Strong testing leadership, facilitation, stakeholder management, requirements analysis, documentation, traceability, defect management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Preferred experience

• Rightsline Alliant and Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred.
• Rights management, royalties, financial systems, financial calculations and workflows, or implementation partner/vendor experience preferred.

Workplace and contract

• Remote role.
• Temporary/contract position with a 24-week contract length.
