Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering. At least 5 years of related engineering experience, including experience leading projects or directing multidisciplinary technical work. Broad experience designing, developing, testing, and manufacturing electromechanical systems. Demonstrated systems thinking, technical judgment, problem solving, and risk-management skills. Strong leadership, decision-making, interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills. Ability to lead focused, cross-functional teams and adapt priorities in a complex development environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in engineering. Experience leading interdisciplinary product-development teams. Experience with formal product-development processes and computer-aided engineering tools.
