We are looking for a Strategy & Innovation Consultant to support a strategic innovation and foresight project in Abu Dhabi.
The role will focus on supporting strategy execution, coordinating innovation initiatives, conducting research on emerging trends, preparing reports and executive summaries, and engaging with key stakeholders across different workstreams.
Key responsibilities
- Support the implementation and tracking of strategic initiatives
- Coordinate innovation and foresight programs across internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct research on emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and global innovation practices
- Support horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning activities
- Prepare progress reports, executive summaries, presentations, and insight briefs
- Track KPIs, identify risks and bottlenecks, and support corrective actions
- Support workshops, innovation labs, stakeholder meetings, and co-creation sessions
- Maintain project documentation, governance materials, and reporting trackers
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5–6 years of experience in strategy, innovation, consulting, program coordination, or related fields
- Experience in government, semi-government, or large corporate environments in the UAE/GCC is preferred
- Good understanding of innovation frameworks such as Design Thinking or Open Innovation
- Exposure to foresight methodologies, trend analysis, or scenario planning is a plus
- Strong research, analytical, reporting, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
