Sr. Staff Engineer Mechanical Engineer - Equipment

Must-Have:

• B.E/B. Tech/M. E/M. Tech in Mechanical. 12–15 year
• Mechanical. 12–15 year of experience in Mechanical & Design of Mechanical.
• Expert-level proficiency in SolidWorks & Auto CADD.
• Strong understanding of process equipment.
• Expert-level proficiency in SolidWorks
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Hands-on experience in part drawing and detailing
• Strong understanding of tolerances, GD&T, and manufacturing processes
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings accurately
• Good attention to detail and drawing accuracy
• Experience with sheet metal, machining, or fabrication drawings
• Knowledge of ISO / ANSI drawing standards
• Experience working in manufacturing or product development environments
• CAPEX planning and execution
• Maintenance and utility operations
• Strong understanding of process equipment used in manufacturing environments.
• Prepare, review, and update Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) for new and existing processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate integration of process, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation requirements.
• Lead and support equipment erection, installation, and commissioning activities, ensuring adherence to design intent and safety standards.
• Execute and document equipment and system commissioning, performance validation, and handover to operations.
• Strong understanding of system‐level testing and process instrumentation - mechanical integration.
