About This Role
- HR Operations: Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems. Process payroll changes, benefits administration, and compliance documentation. 2. Employee Engagement & Experience: Support the design and execution of initiatives that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and satisfaction. Coordinate employee surveys, analyze results, and recommend actionable insights. Plan and execute events, celebrations, and recognition programs to foster a positive workplace culture. 3. Talent Development: Assist with performance management processes, ensuring alignment with company goals. Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth. Partner with managers to provide guidance on career development and succession planning. 4. HR Metrics & Reporting: Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports to track key metrics such as turnover, headcount, and engagement. Use data-driven insights to recommend process improvements and inform decision-making. 5. Collaboration: Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, offering advice and resolving concerns effectively.
