Overview

• Track and monitor strategic and operational projects across the Operations Division to ensure alignment with business priorities.

• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and executive reporting tools to provide clear visibility on project progress and performance.
• Coordinate with project owners and stakeholders across departments to monitor milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure governance standards and project reporting frameworks are consistently applied across operational initiatives.
• Support the preparation of executive presentations, project updates, and briefing materials for leadership meetings.
• Assist in translating strategic objectives into structured project plans and operational action items.
• Monitor operational readiness across assets, including tenant fit-out progress and operational dependencies.
• Facilitate coordination between Leasing, Property Management, Fit-Out, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on timelines and priorities.
• Maintain and update project documentation, trackers, and operational reporting materials to support transparency and decision-making.
• Support continuous improvement of project tracking methodologies, reporting processes, and governance frameworks.
