Overview
- To provide comprehensive support and analysis for core banking systems.
- Core banking system BAU supports management to ensure smooth operation.
- Perform system configuration, set up and testing/simulating and identify and resolve the system related issues.
- Analyzing the data to identify the root cause of any production issues reported.
- Collaborating with business operation teams to gather requirements/issues for implementation.
- Communicating with business stakeholders to identify the functional issues that they face and to solve them.
- To support in Banks DR activities.
- Providing the ad hoc reports requested by business team for analysis.
- To support the core banking releases/fixes and to sort out any discrepancies observed during the testing phase.
- Collaborating with vendors to discuss and resolve all the concerns raised with them which is identified during the testing or in live system.
