Ericsson is hiring a Solution Architect in the ENM domain.
The role analyzes, designs, and develops commercially viable end-to-end customer solutions, translating customer needs and technology opportunities into offerings and proposals.
Role responsibilities
- Scope, define, and design solution offerings and drive end-to-end technical solutions.
- Analyze customer technology, define business requirements, and participate in risk analysis.
- Work with the core team to identify potential activities and solutions.
- Develop technical presentations, conduct workshops, and present to customers.
- Provide product improvement feedback to R&D.
- Innovate and generate potential business for Ericsson.
- Support knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing.
- Stay current with new technology and share solution information to build customer competence.
Experience and qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering/ICT or equivalent.
- Required experience in technical roles such as Integration Engineer, Software Developer, or Solution Architect.
- Significant experience in Cloud fulfilment (MANO), Cloud technologies, and interacting with C-level customers.
- Significant OSS Transformation experience, Cloud, and NFVI; secondary domain knowledge in RAN, PS/CS CORE, or IP/MPLS.
- Sound IT/OSS knowledge, including orchestration, fulfilment, inventory, automation, catalog, and positioning solutions; adept Linux experience.
- Adept communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Expertise in Telecom OSS/BSS, EMS/NMS, network rollout, and legacy-to-next-generation modernization.
- Track record leading customer workshops, analyzing AS-IS/TO-BE inventory processes, and defining HLD/LLD architectures.
- Hands-on experience with LTE OSS, stretched clusters, disaster recovery, and Telco Cloud migrations.
- SQL and UNIX, and experience with ENIQ, OMBS, or VIO, are added advantages; Cloud OpenStack knowledge is an advantage.
