Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, performant, and secure full-stack applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, efficient code following best practices and coding standards; work on front-end with React and back-end with technologies such as Node.js, Python, or .NET.
• Contribute to architecture and design aligned with business goals and technical strategy; participate in technical design reviews.
• Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams to integrate applications into CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and automated tests; resolve defects and performance issues and conduct code reviews.
• Work with QA teams to improve testing strategies and processes.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver features and enhancements.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and continuous process improvement; communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers, lead by example, and take ownership of features or projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision.
• Track industry trends and identify process improvements, refactoring, and technical enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Requires 5–7 years of software development experience focused on full-stack development and experience working in agile environments.
• Web development experience with Headless CMS systems, Digital Asset Management systems, and front-end development.
• Proficiency in a modern front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, and back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or .NET.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and SQL and NoSQL database design.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control such as Git, and DevOps practices.
• Requires problem-solving, attention to detail, ownership, communication, collaboration, initiative, organization, integrity, and accountability.
