Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering

- Graduate degree in Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science with hands on experience in SaaS, Mobile,
- Cloud based applications and end to-end product development experience.
- Must have minimum 10-12 years of Experience.
- Must have handled Software programs and application Development & Deployment as an Engineering owner and involved in integration of multiple sub-systems.
- Should have led a team of engineers in the role of a delivery leader and delivered on multiple projects.
- Should have worked in global product development environment, developing and deploying products and solutions to Customers.
- Strong understanding of the IoT market, players, their offerings and trade-offs.
- Must have experience in generating System Requirements from the stakeholder’s requirements.
- Must have experience in converting System Requirements to Architecture/Design.
- Must have good communication & negotiation skills.
- Must be good at Technical Leadership with an ability to quickly adapt to latest technology trends.
- Must have experience/exposure with Automation and unit testing frameworks, eco systems for Development & Operations (DevOps) frameworks.
- Strong background working in an Agile environment.
- Domain and product knowledge in Building Domain will be added advantage
- Results driven with a positive can-do attitude
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Excellent team building, mentoring people.
- Must be a self-starter, proactive and willing to learn and grow with the business.
- Must demonstrate a hands-on approach, attention to detail and results orientation.
- Experience in developing IOT based systems.
