Responsibilities

• Own and deliver projects aligned with quarterly team goals and client success.
• Model integrity and excellence and influence team practices.
• Identify and address approaches that do not meet client needs, collaborating with the manager on corrections.
• Decompose client problems into designs with multiple interacting software components.
• Serve as a technical lead, guide design decisions, and mentor less experienced developers.
• Develop and modernize enterprise applications and integrate technologies into established products.
• Build, test, and troubleshoot AI integrations with attention to quality, security, performance, and cost.

Required qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional experience.
• Enterprise software development experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and RESTful APIs.
• Frontend development experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience designing maintainable architectures, modernizing applications, and integrating technologies.
• Relational database skills including schema design and query optimization; experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on development of AI-enabled applications, LLM integration, AI APIs, and development frameworks.
• Experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and RAG.
• Experience testing and troubleshooting AI integrations for output quality, security, performance, and cost.
• Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools and validating generated code.
• Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and GitLab or GitHub CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to lead complex technical work, guide designs, mentor developers, and conduct code reviews.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, focused on secure, reliable, maintainable solutions.

Salary range

• The posted salary range is $98,080 to $147,120; actual salary may vary based on candidate and market factors.
