Key Responsibilities

  • Design scalable AI agent workflows using AWS Bedrock and LangChain.
  • Lead design reviews and establish engineering best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and fresh graduates.
  • Build multi-agent systems using AgentCore.
  • Develop AI Skills, Tools, Knowledge Sources, and Agent orchestration workflows.
  • Implement prompt engineering and agent evaluation frameworks.
  • Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
  • Build and expose domain-driven APIs using FastAPI.
  • Design MCP tools and server architecture.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, audit trails, and governance controls.
  • Establish observability, monitoring, and tracing for AI workflows.

  • AI & LLM Technologies: AWS Bedrock, Agentic AI architectures, LangChain / LangGraph, Prompt Engineering
  • Backend Engineering: Python (Expert), FastAPI, REST APIs, Event-driven architecture, Microservices
  • Cloud Technologies: AWS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, IAM, CloudWatch, DynamoDB or PostgreSQL
