Manage SEO strategy and execution across a diverse portfolio of agency clients.
The full-time role covers technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, local SEO, reporting, and long-term planning in collaboration with cross-functional and client-facing teams.
Key responsibilities
- Perform monthly technical SEO audits and recommend improvements to visibility, website performance, crawlability, indexing, and search engine accessibility.
- Identify and document technical and on-page SEO issues and support remediation involving metadata, internal links, mobile optimization, site structure, content performance, and overall site health.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis across client websites, industries, and local markets; develop high-level strategies and quarterly recommendations.
- Optimize titles, descriptions, headers, internal links, content structure, image alt text, and page-level keyword targeting.
- Research blog topics based on keyword opportunities, competitor gaps, search intent, and client goals; optimize and publish posts in WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Write and optimize Google Business Profile descriptions and provide local SEO recommendations.
- Prepare monthly client-ready reports on performance, completed work, findings, risks, and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor organic performance with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
- Identify ranking changes, technical issues, content gaps, competitor movement, and optimization opportunities; share findings with leadership and client-facing teams.
- Manage multiple client accounts, audits, reports, content initiatives, recommendations, deadlines, and priorities; assess progress toward short- and long-term organic search goals.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of hands-on SEO strategy and execution for multiple clients in a digital marketing or creative agency environment; applicants who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.

- Experience conducting technical SEO audits, keyword and competitor research, on-page and content optimization, local SEO, and client reporting.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, crawlability, indexing, mobile optimization, site structure, website performance, metadata, internal linking, and content strategy.
- Experience optimizing and publishing blog content in WordPress or similar CMS platforms, and optimizing Google Business Profiles with local SEO recommendations.
- Proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.
- Ability to turn performance data, technical findings, and competitor insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including professional presentations to clients and internal teams.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail; able to manage multiple clients, deadlines, industries, and priorities.
- Able to work independently, collaborate across teams, and support client work across multiple time zones.
Pay
- Pay is ₹14,889.49–₹55,242.05 per month.
