Project leadership
- Lead complex penetration testing and security testing engagements end-to-end.
- Act as technical and engagement lead for key client accounts.
- Ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Mentor junior and mid-level consultants.
Technical execution
- Perform and review web, mobile, API, network, cloud, and configuration security assessments.
- Stay current on vulnerabilities, tools, and attack techniques across service lines.
- Conduct business logic reviews, threat modeling, and red teaming exercises as needed.
Client engagement and presales
- Advise clients with strategic security recommendations and actionable insights.
- Attend onsite visits, workshops, and executive presentations when required.
- Support RFP responses, proposal writing, technical solutioning, sales meetings, and scoping.
- Provide effort estimates and help define delivery models.
Practice development
- Refine security testing services and methodologies and improve quality, efficiency, and innovation.
- Create technical content, whitepapers, and knowledge-base articles.
Experience and skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on penetration testing or offensive security experience.
- Proven leadership of complex security assessments for large clients.
- Expertise in web, mobile, network, API, cloud, configuration reviews, and/or red teaming.
- Familiarity with OWASP, PTES, NIST, and MITRE ATT&CK.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Experience supporting presales, proposals, SOWs, and client discussions.
Preferred certifications
- OSCP, OSWA, CRTO, CREST CRT/CCT, or similar certifications are preferred.
