Role overview
Syskoplan Reply seeks a Senior SAP FICO Consultant with technical and functional expertise to deliver client solutions.
The consultant advises clients and configures finance processes using SAP S/4HANA and cloud solutions, SAP Best Practices, and SAP Activate approaches.
Responsibilities
- Advise customers, analyze business requirements, and solve SAP FICO process and technical problems.
- Troubleshoot and configure FICO, module integrations, and cross-functional solution designs.
- Lead fit-gap sessions and translate business requirements into SAP Best Practices solutions.
- Support delivery across project phases, provide documentation and status updates, and identify and mitigate risks.
- Share knowledge with clients and consultants; contribute as a project team member or team lead.
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Eight years of SAP experience and at least three full-cycle implementations, including public and private cloud environments.
- Proficiency in financial operations spanning general ledger, receivables, payables, asset management, cost accounting, profitability analysis, and profit center accounting.
- Expertise in FICO setup and configuration and cross-functional module design or build.
- Experience through requirements, fit-gap, realization, testing, go-live, and hyper-care.
- FICO master data experience, including setup, cleansing, harmonization, and migration with LSMW and Migration Cockpit.
- Travel up to 50%.
Preferred qualifications
- IoT, machine learning, or big data knowledge is a plus.
- International project or SAP configuration experience in NAFTA, LATAM, and/or EMEA is a plus.
- S/4 Public or Private Cloud certification is preferred.
- SAP Activate methodology and SAP fit-to-standard knowledge are preferred.
Travel
- The role requires travel up to 50%.
