Novartis is seeking a senior oncology sales representative to partner with healthcare professionals and support improved outcomes for patients with breast cancer.
The role combines scientific knowledge, customer insight, and commercial execution.
Major accountabilities
- Meet or exceed territory sales and market-share objectives within agreed budgets and timelines.
- Identify and prioritize high-potential healthcare professionals and stakeholders using data and customer insight.
- Build trusted relationships with key opinion leaders, medical influencers, and healthcare professionals.
- Lead value-based conversations in person and virtually to understand customer needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Personalize customer journeys across channels using approved content and customer preferences.
- Partner with healthcare professionals to improve patient journeys and achieve contact, coverage, frequency, and engagement targets.
Requirements
- Degree in Pharmacy or Clinical Pharmacy.
- At least one year of successful specialty pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Oncology or breast cancer experience is an advantage.
- Strong pharmaceutical industry knowledge and demonstrated relationship-building ability with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
- High-achievement mindset and ability to turn strategy and insight into action.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
Location and work arrangement
- The role is based in Riyadh and is identified as onsite.
