Roles And Responsibilities
Sales Generation Target Achievement: Actively selling jewellery, including gold, diamonds, and precious stones, to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Customer Service: Greeting customers, understanding their needs, providing styling advice, and offering a premium buying experience.
Product Knowledge Representation: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of jewellery trends, product specs (karat, weight, diamond quality), and acting as a brand ambassador.
Visual Merchandising: Maintaining the cleanliness and attractiveness of display cases and ensuring products are securely arranged.
Transaction Processing: Managing POS systems, handling cash, debit/credit card transactions, and preparing sales invoices accurately.
Inventory Stock Control: Assisting with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and reporting any stock discrepancies.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Building long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits, handling complaints professionally, and following up post-purchase.
Safety Compliance: Following safety protocols to prevent theft and ensuring security of high-value stock
Experience
Previous experience in retail, luxury goods, or jewellery sales is highly preferred.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to converse in multiple languages to handle diverse clients.
Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for aesthetics and high-end luxury products.
Integrity: High level of trustworthiness and professionalism.
