Job Title: Sales Manager — Forex & Crypto Trading
About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager with 4-5 years of experience in the Forex and Crypto trading industry.
This role will focus heavily on new client acquisition, managing and growing a quality client base, and building solid relationships within the retail and institutional trading market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition by actively sourcing, qualifying, and closing high-potential clients for forex, crypto, and CFD trading.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Develop customized sales pitches and presentations aligned with client trading needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, trading platforms, and competitor offerings.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with newly onboarded clients to encourage trading activity and retention.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market insights for management.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and back-office teams to support lead generation campaigns and onboarding processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of proven sales experience in the Forex, Crypto, or online trading industry.
- Strong background in new client acquisition, lead generation, and conversion.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of forex and crypto trading products, platforms, and market operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Leadership experience in managing or mentoring junior sales staff is a plus.
- Fluency in English and other regional languages would be advantageous.
- Based in or open to relocating to Dubai, UAE.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
