Job Vacancy: Sr.

Sales Engineer – Power Generation & Generator Systems

About the Company:

We are a UAE-based engineering and trading company introducing a leading European generator and power solutions brand to the UAE market.

Portfolio includes diesel generator sets, synchronization systems, hybrid power solutions, microgrid technologies, and critical power applications serving infrastructure, oil & gas, utilities, healthcare, data centers, and industrial sectors.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of sales experience in generator sets, power generation, critical power systems to ADNOC projects, utilities, healthcare facilities, data centers, or infrastructure developments.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the UAE market.
  • Strong network within EPC contractors, consultants, oil & gas companies, utilities, data centers, or government sectors.
  • Experience with diesel generators, synchronization systems, ATS panels, power distribution, or hybrid energy solutions.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market-share targets.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities across UAE government, semi-government, EPC, infrastructure, oil & gas, healthcare, data center, and industrial sectors.
  • Build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, facility owners, and end users.
  • Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline for generator and power solution projects.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and procurement teams.
  • Lead negotiations and close contracts with key accounts.
  • Participate in tender submissions and prequalification processes.
  • Develop channel partners and strategic alliances where required.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with the manufacturer regarding technical support, pricing, product development, and project opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.

Education

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience

  • power generation, critical power systems to ADNOC projects: 5 years (Required)
