This is an operational role responsible for performing end-to-end recruitment. The incumbent may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.

MBA or a post graduate degree in HR

4 -8 years of experience in HR

Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)

Excellent communication, interpersonal and Strong decision-making skills

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.

Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, internet sites.

Actively working on sourcing through our automation tool, ATS, Naukri, Linkedin, social media etc.

Process IJP and employee referrals.

Organizing technical interviews and taking them to closure.

Preparing MIS reports on pipeline and basic analytics.

Offer negotiation and releasing
