Role overview
This is a Technical Recruiter role on PayPal's India Talent Acquisition team.
The recruiter will support hiring across critical business areas and contribute to talent acquisition initiatives and projects.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and business-unit leaders to understand hiring requirements and provide consultative recruiting expertise.
- Lead recruiting strategies and end-to-end hiring activities for assigned requisitions.
- Manage candidates through the talent pipeline and support a strong candidate experience.
- Advise leaders on talent acquisition strategy and development of talent pipelines.
- Research recruiting markets, develop sourcing strategies, and provide market intelligence.
- Collaborate with peers and internal partners.
- Contribute to recruitment campaigns and marketing, diversity and inclusion hiring, and global TA transformation projects.
- Own hiring activities across India and work with Coordination, Onboarding, Sourcing, site leaders, HR, and the Global GTA team.
Minimum qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
